A simple definition of temperament is the way a person thinks, behaves, or reacts to things around them. Your personality includes all of your unique qualities, traits, talents and behavior preferences.

Assessment
With your VISIONS Productive Personality Report, you complete a series of questionnaires including VPS Productivity Assessment tools and The Keirsey Temperament Sorter®-II (KTS®-II) (which gives you an overview and analysis of your personality type, leadership style, workplace preferences, and specific advice on leveraging areas of strength and minimizing potential obstacles).
Analysis & Report
You'll receive the KTS®-II Corporate Analysis and a customized, personalized Productivity Gameplan that addresses how your Personality preferences influence of your productivity in the key areas of time, project, and team managment.
Coaching and Accountability
